Job description

Would you like to work in an international, innovative organization, where we produce high-quality solutions and are constantly looking to enhance existing and develop new offerings? Are you eager to join a professional team and work directly with our customers? Then we have an interesting position in Grundfos for you.
Grundfos, an approximately 80-year-old global company rooted in Denmark and owned by the Poul Due Jensen Foundation (#PDJF), is headquartered in Bjerringbro, Denmark. Although renowned as the world's largest pump company, Grundfos is synonymous with intelligent, energy-efficient, and sustainable solutions, all in alignment with its purpose to "solve the world's water and climate challenges and enhance people's quality of life." Publicly, Grundfos has committed to becoming a Net Zero organization by 2050.
Grundfos Water Utilities (WU), one of Grundfos' four divisions, is based in Houston, Texas. This division primarily focuses on two industry sectors: Groundwater Irrigation (GWI), which involves transporting water from underground sources to areas of need, and the Municipal segment, serving numerous large and small water utilities in both centralized and decentralized settings. Given favorable global trends, including population growth, urbanization, climate change, and sustainability, this division has focused growth goals, leveraging both organic and inorganic growth strategies. The Water Utilities division comprises approximately 2,500 colleagues worldwide, with multiple manufacturing facilities and technology centers, maintaining a commercial presence in most countries.
This division also shoulders the responsibility and ownership on behalf of the entire Grundfos group to fulfill the commitment of providing clean and safe Water Access to 300 million people by 2030. This fits nicely to the triple bottom-line mindset to take care of our People, also developing the industry in creating an impact on our planet while maintaining solid financial results through profit. To advance this mission, the WU division has established an internal organization known as SafeWater.
