We are seeking to add a Global Supply Planning Co-Op to play an integral role in our Global Planning Organization! The Global Supply Chain Co-Op evaluates phased Global Supply against the phased demand of Hasbro's 40+ business units, creating with their discretion supply plans that globally optimize the use of constrained capacity to satisfy that demand. Operating in the SAP IBP planning suite and in SAP ERP, the Co-Op works cross functionally with Project Management, Global Brand Marketing, Engineering, Business Unit and Regional Demand Planning and HFE to identify, communicate and resolve risks and opportunities related to supply and demand matching. The Co-Op procures all finished goods at their discretion for their specified brand(s) globally across all vendors to satisfy local demand under supervision from a member of the Global Planning organization. The Co-Op's procurement of finished goods up to $100M cost would equate to approximately a max value of $300M of revenue procured, across 25 warehouses and iconic brands like My Little Pony, NERF, Peppa Pig, and PlayDoh.
A day in the life of a Global Supply Planning Co-Op:
The Co-Op will be responsible for optimally resolving global and local shortages of supply to demand in a constrained capacity environment across all of Hasbro's 40+ business units. The Co-Op, under supervision, evaluates and solves a wide range of challenges Daily/Weekly/Monthly including:

• Resolving Minimum Order Quantity violations across Hasbro's 25+ warehouses, collaborating with local demand planners globally to increase demand or with HFE to find vendor solutions.
• Discovering and communicating new versions of existing items and proactively influencing local demand planners globally to change forecasts in order to allow supply plan creation and execution.
• Collaborating with Project Management and HFE to understand and communicate development slips for new product while finding creative methods to reduce the revenue impact of slips on the global business units.
• Managing purchase order date changes initiated by local demand planners or by our vendors in order to mitigate the impact on revenue or excess inventory for Hasbro.

What you'll bring:

• Working towards a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related business discipline.
• Relevant Supply Chain or business internships experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Develop a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess and prioritize work in a high-pressure environment.
• Learn to perform in a metric driven environment where personal and team accountability are paramount.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
• Ability to take initiative, developing processes and reports relating to the Hasbro business.
• Excellent communication capabilities, written and oral.
