Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a Global Supply Manager, Indirect to lead the sourcing, selection, and performance management of material and service suppliers needed to support Form Factory. This role reports into our Sr. Global Supply Manager, Engineering & Construction. As part of our SCM team, you will be involved in supporting facilities maintenance/repair services (including MRO category management), test equipment, engineering/consulting, and construction procurements and long term agreements in collaboration with our facilities and engineering teams. This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Weirton, WV facility. Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:

• Be the internal commercial expert by developing clear strategies and roadmaps for supply and scale up of indirect materials and services for Form Factory 1.

• Own relationships with robust supplier pools that you identify and develop that are capable of delivering to Form’s needs, with focus on diverse and local supply sources

• Deliver favorable terms that optimize total cost of ownership, lead time, and risk to Form, by managing the end-to-end process from supplier identification through RFQ’s, qualification, and pricing and contract negotiation.

• Develop should-cost targets and benchmarks for our Facilities Services and Indirect spend categories

• Build and maintain technical knowledge of Form’s manufacturing processes, facilities maintenance and safety requirements, and supply base for relevant service and material suppliers

What you'll bring:

• 3 years of experience in a procurement role

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and negotiations specific to labor rate agreements

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate proposals & develop recommendations

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
