TheSecurity Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring alarms, surveillance systems, and all access control measures in the GSOC.
- Provide superior customer service-focused security.
- Secure and protect company assets; people, facilities, and property, as listed in order of priority.
- Respond to emergency situations with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and maintain open communication flow with management and key leaders.
- Dispatch officers to calls for service, such as alarm follow up, customer assistance, client requests, emergencies, suspicious persons, and incidents.
- Conduct various audits such as parking lot, duress alarms, callboxes, and door checks.
- Proactive monitoring of security cameras, access control, and alarms.
- Complete incident reports and assist with investigations.
