Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Regulatory, Science or a related field is required
• 2-5 years of experience of working knowledge in cosmetic regulatory field
• Ability to follow a written formulation / direction
• Regulatory processes
• Basic Mathematical comprehension
• Knowledge of skin care industry required
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• PC literate in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Systems
• Detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Essential Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Generate, coordinate, and handle regulatory submission documents for new products or changes to existing health authorities' filings globally
• Continual updating registrations for global compliance of all products in the lines
• Plan, write, submit, coordinate, and support new product notifications, domestic and international registrations and other submissions as required
• Conduct research of regulatory issues and information and dissemination of regulatory information to all levels of the organization
• Identify procedure and process enhancements for the continuous improvement of regulatory deliverables
• Create and apply regulatory files and control documents such as SDS, COA, Stability, GMP Statement, COFS, cGMP, cBSE, etc
• Perform regulatory assessments in support of new products or proposed product/process changes
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve issues or customer inquiries
• Performing formula assessments and ingredient listings
• Provide on-going support to all levels of Team Members, not limited to Research and Development, Product Development, Quality, PR, and/or Marketing to facilitate required projects.
• Other duties as assigned

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $90,000.00 and $100,000.00annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
