Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Regulatory, Science or a related field is required
- 2-5 years of experience of working knowledge in cosmetic regulatory field
- Ability to follow a written formulation / direction
- Regulatory processes
- Basic Mathematical comprehension
- Knowledge of skin care industry required
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- PC literate in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Systems
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Essential Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Generate, coordinate, and handle regulatory submission documents for new products or changes to existing health authorities' filings globally
- Continual updating registrations for global compliance of all products in the lines
- Plan, write, submit, coordinate, and support new product notifications, domestic and international registrations and other submissions as required
- Conduct research of regulatory issues and information and dissemination of regulatory information to all levels of the organization
- Identify procedure and process enhancements for the continuous improvement of regulatory deliverables
- Create and apply regulatory files and control documents such as SDS, COA, Stability, GMP Statement, COFS, cGMP, cBSE, etc
- Perform regulatory assessments in support of new products or proposed product/process changes
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve issues or customer inquiries
- Performing formula assessments and ingredient listings
- Provide on-going support to all levels of Team Members, not limited to Research and Development, Product Development, Quality, PR, and/or Marketing to facilitate required projects.

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $90,000.00 and $100,000.00annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
