Purification & Filtration FP&A Manager (New Health Care Company)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Global FP&A manager for P&F business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading the forecasting process (Operating plan, rolling forecast, best estimate) within all 5 areas, consolidation and automatization of this process for all P&L lines
- Lead the financials for strategic plan process
- Develop and establish the financial operating rhythm for Purification & Filtration by enhancing financial and analytical rigor across the Division and increasing the use of Daily/Weekly management and data analytics
- Manage the Division's financial performance and support delivering the Division’s targets in the Annual Operating Plan for all lines of P&L and working capital metrics
- Performing complex financial and risk analysis of business projects to determine their economic value and financial condition
- Provides financial advice and guidance to business units and management on appropriate aspects of projects
- Preparing accurate financial packages for presentation to various executive management committees
- Assuring full compliance with U.S. GAAP and 3M Global Financial Standards
- Supports all financial decision making and transversal processes like SIP, pricing, CIP
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND ten (10) years of finance experience in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of finance experience in a private, public, government or military environment
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Three (3) years of prior finance experience in an Industrial, Biopharma, Medtech, HealthCare or manufacturing company in a private, public, government or military environment

- MBA or master’s degree in finance/ accounting (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Experience in business development and strategy
- Proven ability to use analytics and influencing skills to drive results
- Exhibited sense of urgency to drive effective change and manage performance
- Familiarity with portfolio and product level margin analysis
- Systems knowledge(advanced excel, longview, hyperion, power bi tools)
- Financial acumen and empowerment to make decisions
- Other Language

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
