Global Banking Business Risk Manager

We're looking for someone like that who can support the IB in its operational risk management activities, specifically to:
act as a point of contact within the Global Banking (GB) Business Risk Management team, working closely with the business and our logistics & control partners across a broad spectrum of Operational Risk Management objectives
understand and support the Operational Risk Framework implementation across GB, acting as an SME to provide input for the ongoing enhancement of the framework
take an active role in a number of operational risk change initiatives working closely with stakeholders across the Investment Bank COO and other functions globally
understand and monitor the operational risk portfolio of Global Banking and advise the business on its remediation activities
oversee, test and monitor the delivery of the front to back control environment by driving best practice for controls design and operating effectiveness
coordinate the GB review and endorsement of Group Policies, with its associated control environment
provide proactive and constructive challenge in all aspects of the role, encouraging best practice and striving for consistency on a global basis
provide transparent risk reporting to management, auditors and regulators
partner with IB BRM team to ensure GB is in line and coordinated on all IB wide initiatives and leverage the broader BRM team resources for efficiency and consistency
vtake lead role for GB on enterprise wide projects such as: RCSA, KPCi Assessments and RIDAR
manage the Operational Risk Incidents for GB and work with the business to see all incidents to closure
