Global Account Manager - Employee Benefits

What Youll Do:
IMA's Global Employee Benefits group is seeking an Account Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for the preparation and marketing of global Employee Benefits renewal submissions to underwriters and communicate binding instructions for foreign package policies, controlled masters programs, and Employee Benefits plans. Successful candidates must possess strong written and oral communication and strong analytical and insurance interpretation skills. This role is eligible for remote work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Request loss runs from carriers and international broker partners
• Verify and reconcile accuracy of premium and commissions
• Responsible for policy and information entry of reverse flow accounts for partner data systems
• Create account comparison spreadsheets and summaries for all sold and bound coverages
• Interact professionally and timely with clients via email, phone, and in-person
• Respond in a timely, accurate and friendly manner to Producers, Account Executives, Account Managers and other internal associates
• Support the team by participating in the completion of all duties required to complete a project and service an account
• Support and demonstrate IMAs core values
• Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates

You Should Have::

• 3+ years of professional work experience required
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Attain Life and Health license within first 30-90 days of employment, unless already licensed, required
• Attains and/or maintains professional designation or license: CISR and/or CIC preferred
• Intermediate EPIC Applied Systems experience preferred
• Experience with MS Office products required (specifically Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Limited travel required (less than 25%)

While this is the targeted range, final offer amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidates geographic location, prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
