Glazier/Installer - Construction

Position: Field, shop, and general professionals wanted.

About the Position:

Four 10 hour days, 3 day weekends, OT pay on Fridays!

Quarterly bonus's paid based on production and attendance.

McKinney Glass is seeking full-time individuals to join our team.

We are looking for dependable hard working individuals with and without experience, a lot of our best teammates were trained by us so we are more than willing to train.

Worker Responsibilities:

Install storefront, window walls, curtain walls, glass entrance systems and more.

· Experience with basic hand, power, and specialty tools

· Be able to read and utilize a tape measure

· Identify parts needed to correctly perform the work

· Load and verify materials needed for daily route

· Be able to work off a ladder, scaffolding, or lift

· Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday

· Leave each jobsite in a better condition than you found it

Required Qualifications:

· Dependable and honest with a good attitude

. Ability to work with hands/ fabricate and build cool stuff

· Communicate effectively and be a good teammate

· Ability to problem solve and effectively resolve challenges

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, 10 hrs/day

Experience:

• Glazing/Caulking: 1 year preferred but not required

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred but not required)
• Aerial & Fall Protection (Preferred but not required)
• OSHA training (Preferred but not required)
