As a Glass Installer you will be trained through our best-in-class skill-based pay program which offers tremendous growth potential! Seeking serious, motivated candidates looking for a career as a Glass Installation Technician with an established company!
A Successful Glass Installation Technician is:
- Experienced with carpentry or construction (preferred, but not required)
- Hands-on: you enjoy hands-on work & have a basic knowledge of hand tools & power tools
- Able to read a tape measure and possess fraction math skills (assessment given at time of interview)
- Career minded: you are looking for a long-term career with a company you can grow with

- Passionate about providing a great product & delivering an exceptional customer experience
As a Glass Installation Technician you will:
- Be provided with first-class paid training
- Receive “ground-up training” which includes: glass handling & lifting techniques, product knowledge & awareness, and installation processes & troubleshooting
- Work with skilled technicians installing frameless glass shower enclosures
- Provide customers with exceptional craftsmanship and service

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm-Hours may vary) Sat. OT available
