Job Description:

• Advise and assist in GIS architecture solutions
• Develops, configures, deploys, and maintains GIS COTS solutions such as ESRI Survey123, ESRI Collector, etc.
• Leads efforts to troubleshoot CADD/GIS system hardware and software problems.
• Assists in troubleshooting GIS system hardware problems and works with the appropriate service and warranty vendors to make the necessary repairs and fixes.
• Tracks version upgrades and notifies proper parties of available updates to GIS Systems software.
• Expertise in teaching/conveying technical and/or functional courses/concepts and developing training-related materials.
