Candidate will assume the role of Assistant Coach and help direct the Girls Golf program.
Responsibilities:

1. Will assist with supervision and coaching of student athletes at all levels of the program.
2. Assists the Head Coach in developing a schedule, fund raisers, camps, awards banquet, etc.
3. Assist with direction and supervision of instructional and conditioning camps throughout the year.
4. Will help the Head Coach communicate with coaching staff, athletes, parents and the community.
5. Promote the student athlete and assist with academic eligibility required.
6. Assist in supporting the student athlete with information concerning scholarships and financial aid.
7. Will follow league, district and CHSAA policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous middle school, High School or college level coaching experience preferred.
2. Demonstrated success in coaching soccer programs.
3. Knowledge of all aspects of the skills involved with this sport helpful.
4. Have, or have the ability to obtain, certification through CHSAA.
5. Excellent goal setting and team building skills.
