The Gift Shop Manager works independently to manage operations of Gift Shops for three Hospital. . Oversees all supervision, training and scheduling of volunteers. Orders inventory and manages stock. Unpacks and prices all items. Attends meetings, including with the auxiliary board, as needed. Responsible for all publicity and promotion of the Gift Shops. Will work day shift, Monday thru Friday, 8 hours days,
Job Requirements
a. Minimum Education Requirement :
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or some college is preferred.
b. Minimum Experience Requirement :
At least two years of retail management experience. Experience with volunteers is preferred. Bookkeeping and/or financial management experience is preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.
c. Minimum License Requirement :
Current California State Driver’s license required.
