Ali'i Kula Lavender is a small business in Kula, HI. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Proven track record in upselling and achieving sales goals
- Familiarity with jewelry sales, technical sales, or technology products is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is an asset
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
