Responsible for discovery, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of existing and potential donors. Focus on retaining donors and increasing high end annual, major and planned gifts. When appropriate, close and document major gift and legacy commitments. Work closely with fundraising program leadership to build and manage a portfolio of 150 donors and prospects.

Requirements: Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three (3) years experience in fundraising or relationship management profession.
Required Credentials:
- N/A.
Preferred:
- Experience in gift planning or financial/estate planning
- Experience fund-raising in a health care or higher education organization
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
