Geriatric Care Manager (Part-Time)

Aging Advisors is a professional care management practice in
Lake Oswego, Oregon , serving the greater Portland/Vancouver and Salem areas. We are a team of Geriatric Care Managers dedicated to ensuring seniors – and their families – are able to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives in the face of the challenges presented by aging.

We are seeking RNs, social workers, gerontologists and other related professionals to provide consultation and care management services to older adults and their families. We offer part time and full-time positions with a competitive salary, maximum flexibility, independence and work/life balance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
