Job Description
Hire Resolve's client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Geotechnical Engineer in Denver CO.
Responsibilities
- Conduct / manage geotechnical investigations
- Manage complex Geotechnical Engineering projects from inception to completion
- Lead a team of junior Geotechnical Engineers and technicians
- Prepare geotechnical reports, drawings, and specifications
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines on multidisciplinary projects
- Provide technical guidance during construction and address field-related issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Act as a mentor for junior staff, facilitating their technical and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong proficiency in geotechnical software such as gINT, Geostudio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and work within a team-based environment
