SalaryColeman Engineering Company is seeking a qualified Geotechnical Engineer in our Iron Mountain, Michigan office. The successful candidate will have knowledge of all aspects of soil/bedrock as well as other construction processes as they relate to foundation design and construction related engineering and will preferably have 5+ years of experience.
Responsibilities will focus on evaluating subsurface conditions and parameters as it relates to a variety of construction applications which would include foundation support, slope stability, surface and groundwater infiltration, groundwater modeling, and applying laboratory test results associated with geotechnical evaluations.
