The position
By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:- Be the key facilitator for well data collection, verification, and maintenance.
- Generate composite (STAT) well logs from partner/public data and import into subsurface projects
- Conduct data reconnaissance projects to keep subsurface projects up to date and high-quality
- Be responsible for routine (daily, weekly, monthly) reporting of well petrophysical data.
- Work closely with the geologist to manage basin map layer, future well location and inventories
- Work with reservoir tech to keep well status and Aries data synchronized with GIS layer
- Work with data scientist to provide geological and well inputs toward machine learning model and AFE evaluation
- Manage public and proprietary well database for both producers (O&G activity) and injectors (CCS activity)
- Download and QC public and private well data and align with internal conventions and best practices for import into OpenWorks and Reltio
- Interact and collaborate with other technical & non-technical disciplines, and liaise with operating partners
- Perform data cleanup activities on subsurface databases

- A Bachelors degree in a relevant subject matter required
- 10+ years of geology and petrophysics analyst experience required
- Excellent skill set required in ARCGIS and DecisionSpace/OpenWorks
- Someone who has exceptional attention to detail
- Someone with strong data entry skills
- Someone who is able to establish priorities and meet deadlines
