Geophysical Processor
Job Summary:
This job role will oversee quality assurance and control on Geophysical data from field operations for offshore surveys.
Responsibilities:
- Data processing on vessels and in office
- Oversee the process of analyzing geophysical data
- Operate hydrographic survey equipment
- Provide reports on data finding
- Perform GIS data analysis
- Clean final data sets from QA/QC stages
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics or Geology
- Professional Geologist license
- Must have at least 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of multi-beam, back scatter and single-beam processing
- Knowledge of Auto CAD and GIS is a plus
- Knowledge of GPS and motion reference positioning systems
