Professional Sales Associate Track
Our Global Sales and Services organization is actively recruiting Professional Sales Associates for our 2024 Sales Genesis Program. Through this program, you will undergo a 4 month training course, in our Milford, OH office, that will provide you with the tools needed to understand our product portfolios. After completing training, you will fill the role of a Sales Associate and transition to one of our eXplore LIVE Centers throughout the U.S. where you will gain a deeper understanding our Digital Enterprise, be involved in solving specific industry challenges with actual customers, understand our Go-To-Market strategy and our overall selling approach, and collaborate/network with larger Siemens DISW sales support structure. After your second rotation in eXplore LIVE Centers, you will be placed in our St. Louis office where you will work directly with multiple inside sales support teams. This hands-on experience will continue to sharpen your sales skills by working with our Outbound Prospecting, Account Development and Inside Product Specialist Teams. Furthermore, Sales Associates will participate in various sales training sessions throughout these rotations.
Program Requirements:
  • Recent college graduate with minimum 3.0 grade point average (GPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or computer science
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
  • Willing and able to travel
  • Open to possible relocation within the U.S.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:
  • Improve verbal and written communication skills
  • Enhance your presentation skills
  • Gain knowledge in the Digital Enterprise suite of products
  • Learn our Go-To-Market Sales Strategy
  • Implement the SVS and Challenger sales methods in sales opportunities
  • Properly qualify interest within different industries and product domains
  • Facilitate successful meeting plans
  • Present the Digital Enterprise value statements to enterprise customers
  • Support efforts to improve relationships with important customers
  • Educate customers on the features, functions, and business benefits of SISW products and solutions and answer questions on capabilities and usage and solve sales and customer problems
  • Establish enterprise account management strategies
  • Deploy negotiation tactics throughout a sales opportunity
  • Contribute to the response to customer Requests for Proposals / Requests for Information, to help complete sales
  • Network with the extended sales organization
  • Utilize the extended sales support teams
  • Understand our different licensing offerings
  • Participate in the sales process to facilitate sales of software
  • Utilize knowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes, industry best practices and competitive differentiation

The salary range for this position is $75,250 - $79,729 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
