Job Summary
Our General Warehouse positions are entry level positions. They will provide the candidate with the opportunity to work as a:
- Picker
- Stocker
- Packer
- Shipper
- Quality Assurance Tech
Responsibilities
- Receive and process warehouse stock products
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- Operate a pallet jack to move products around the warehouse
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment
- Inspect orders to ensure they have been picked and packed properly
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Adhere to all safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand continuously for up to 8 hours
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to understand, speak and read in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable and come to work consistently

Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Compensation
- Pay range is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour base wage to start. Actual starting wage will depend on experience level of candidate
- Employees who meet or exceed expectations in their first 90 days will be eligible for a merit increase at 90 days
