General Warehouse Associate

Our General Warehouse Associate position will provide safe and efficient labor support throughout the facility to meet customer needs. This full-time position will work 1st Shift (7:30am-4pm, Monday through Friday) and will receive guidance from the Facility Lead. This position also may occasionally require weekends, holidays, and overtime. DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Unload, sort, and segregate inbound floor-loaded containers into storage bins.
• Count inbound bins accurately and process receipts via a handheld RF device.
• Put away products via receiving push carts following RF instructions
• Utilize RF device to pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND, ABILITIES:

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate technology equipment including Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners to manage inventory.
• Previous knowledge or a desire to learn about the product being handled.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with the computerized inventory system.
• Experience with standup lifts.

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time through hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to repetitively stand, kneel, stoop, and squat, as needed.
• Must be willing and able to safely lift up to 40 pounds.
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms that are provided by the company.
