We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Office/Order Entry/Receptionist. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling various administrative tasks, including Order Entry, managing invoices, and processing payables. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process order entries into our system, ensuring timely and error-free execution
- Generate and process invoices for customer orders, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage bills and payables, entering them into the system and ensuring timely processing
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Assist in collections activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Manage office supplies inventory, proactively ordering and restocking as needed
- Support other General Office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in office administration, Order Entry, or receptionist role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite and Quickbooks Pro
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to a team environment
Work Schedule and Compensation:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically requiring 15 hours per week. The starting pay rate is $14 per hour.
