General Merchandise Stocker

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in using RF scanners and other warehouse management systems
- Experience with load/unload procedures and heavy lifting
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
