Job Description
Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Uphold and enhance the standards of the workplace culture and people management
- Ensure operational efficiency and high standards of customer service
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Lead and oversee recruiting events, including employee training and development
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost-effective operations
- Conduct regular employee performance reviews and oversee cash control
- Implement and maintain rigorous standards and boundaries within the team
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-food restaurant
- High School Diploma is a must; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in inventory and food cost control
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
