Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Must be able to multitask while maintaining a calm, professional environment
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the store with regards to all equipment as well as ensures compliance with local and state health and safety regulatory requirements and inspections.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting health and safety. Assists in training employees in proper safety techniques.
Qualifications:
- Two years or more of experience involving supervisory/leadership skills required, in a restaurant or a related industry.
- US work authorization (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management (Preferred)
- ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
- R365 Software (Preferred)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Demonstrate appropriate analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational, project and time management skills.
- Punctuality is required. Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Superior interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Schedule:
- 50 hours a week. May increase during peak holiday seasons.
- Day shift
- Closed on Sunday
- No late night shifts
- Closed on all Major Holidays
