General Manager

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

This position will make a base salary plus incentive packages. This is a high-performance, high-pay opportunity. We are looking for top performers who want to earn $150k+ with an aggressive weekly bonus program and annual profit sharing.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Your main mission will be to consistently implement protocols to ensure the highest customer satisfaction, average repair order, and shop profitability. Providing superior customer service is a key aspect of this position, as it will contribute to maintaining high satisfaction levels and repeat business. In this position, you will have several specific projects and roles to manage. This includes overseeing the hiring and training of the shop team, ensuring we have a skilled and reliable staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales, accounts, and relevant financial information, contributing to effective financial management of the facility. Monitoring inventory to regulate and ensure the availability of required vehicle parts is crucial to ensuring efficient operations. Compliance with environmental laws and regulations is also a critical aspect of this role, and you will play a key role in ensuring that our service staff follows these regulations. As the General Manager, you will oversee the procurement of parts, equipment, and various other items required for our operations. Another important responsibility will be assigning and scheduling work duties for all staff members, managing bays, and driving shop production. You will supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs. Generating estimates and selling the complete repair to customers will also be part of your role, along with being an expert on our "No Credit Financing" option and providing sales counter coverage. As the manager, you will be responsible for cash and daily record-keeping, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
