Job Summary:
Our Client, a collective of award-winning Michelin-starred restaurants that have set the benchmark for gastronomy in the American dining scene, is seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual who is passionate about food, beverage and hospitality to join the team as a General Manager at its newest restaurant concept in Palm Beach, FL. The General Manager will be a pivotal member of the restaurant's pre-opening team, and play a key role in steering the team toward a successful grand opening.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire restaurant operation, ensuring excellence in service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire the pre-opening team, setting a positive tone for the work environment.
- Drive the grand opening process and sustain operational excellence post-launch.
- Foster a culture of knowledge, enthusiasm for food and wine, and a commitment to hospitality.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in management within a high-volume, chef-driven or similar restaurant environment.
- Experience with high-end restaurant openings is highly desirable.
- A profound interest in food, wine, and setting new industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a thoughtful approach to both staff and guest experiences.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and professional contribution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
