As a General Manager at McDonald's, you will have an opportunity to grow and develop in your career all while working with amazing people and gaining valuable skills. Your duties will include supervising and managing personnel, the products and equipment. You aim will be to help us achieve the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness for our company, as well as maintaining a positive and dedicated work environment. As a General Manager, you will learn to supervise people and manage the restaurant during designated times, achieving Total Customer Satisfaction, Sales Growth, Profit Optimization and generally motivating the staff.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of management experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Previous McDonald's experience an asset
- Previous QSR/Fast Food experience a plus
- Ability to motivate and develop staff
- Ability to lead a team
