General Manager

JOIN A GREAT TEAM - Our Client is seeking a General Manager HVAC for Residential Services in support of a fast-growing business in Florida. Experience being part of a local family-owned company which puts employees and customers first.

Position Summary: The General Manager of HVAC & Plumbing position leads and supports team members working in Sales & Installation for the delivery of HVAC and Plumbing mechanical systems. The position’s priority is to establish consistent, predictable, and trusted relationships by ensuring we deliver a superior product to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as sales leader for HVAC and Plumbing, achieving sales and gross profit targets.
• Personally establish and maintain effective professional relationships.
• Lead business unit staff to achieve high customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Set individual goals and Key Performance Indicators for all positions and coach to success.
• Manage an annual budget, control expenses, and meet or exceed financial plans.
• Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
• Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1’s.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10-15 years experience in a leadership/management role
• Prior experience leading HVAC teams
• Driven personality with a passion for success
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Commitment to delivering high-level customer service
• ​Availability to attend to operations over the weekend on Saturdays
• Experience in air conditioning, plumbing, or electrical

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
