Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Create and maintain a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
Experience:
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
- Experience in hotel or banquet operations is a plus.
