As a member of the management team, you are accountable for the organized, efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant through achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, building maintenance, product quality and speed of service.

Requires strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate, coach and correct team members as necessary. Community familiarity is preferred.

**Potential Bonus Amount: $830.00 per period up to $10,790 per year**

Pizza Hut was founded on June 15, 1958, by two brothers, Dan and Frank Carney, both Wichita State students, as a single location in Wichita, Kansas. Six months later they opened a second outlet and within a year they had six Pizza Hut restaurants. The brothers began franchising in 1959.
