We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of Docs LLC. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of our food service operations. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
```Responsibilities```
- Oversee and understand all daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and supervise staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the establishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
```Experience```
- Previous experience in food service management is required
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, and managing staff members
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha POS) is preferred
