General Maintenance Worker

General Maintenance person to work in mobile home park in shelton is needed. Work is mostly outdoors. Work includes asphalting, some carpentry, maintain water and sewer lines, getting home lots ready for new mfg homes and installing new mfg homes, some repairs on older mfg homes, some concrete work, landscaping, snow plowing in winter. FULL TIME - mon-fri. Background in working with and maintaining landscaping equip and small construction equipment. Must have a driver's license with a good driving record. salary range is $20.00 - $22.00 an hour

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
