AGM Management is looking for a General Maintenance Technician to complete General Maintenance tasks between our properties, This person will take direction from the Property Manager and Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Walk around the property to identify maintenance needs and communicate with company representatives to report an action plan
• Determine weekly and daily maintenance tasks based on work order and make-ready schedules
• Assist in maintaining the property grounds
• Prepare vacant units for market, including painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
• Assist in ordering supplies and identifying contracted work bids in consideration of property maintenance budgets
• Complete season-specific tasks on the property grounds to ensure safe/livable environments for all (i.e., snow removal/salting and mowing/etc.)
• Perform any and all other tasks as assigned within the scope of duty for this department/position

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must own and be able to use basic tools required for the job
• Lift/move up to approximately 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to work on feet for multiple hours per day
• Travel between the properties
• 1+ years of apartment maintenance experience (Preferred)

Salary Range: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
