***Duties***
- Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor on construction sites
- Assist with the setup and clean up of job sites
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Unloading / Loading materials at job sites
- Operate and maintain various hand and power tools (nail gun, skill saw, miter saw, etc.)
- Assist with the installation of construction materials and equipment
- Help with the demolition and removal of old structures or materials
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Digging ditches / trenches by hand
- Operate equipment such as skid steer and mini excavator in a safe efficient manner
- Install form work for swimming pool installations and decking
- Install rebar and tie for concrete work
- Install plumbing per approved schematics
- Install brick, tile, and coping as per pool design
- Operate company vehicles in a safe / professional manner
```Skills```
- Equipment operator or ability to learn different functions of operating equipment for dirtwork in regards to swimming pool installations.
- Carpentry: Proficiency in installing and finishing form work, such as formboards, smart board, driving stakes, backboard for swimming pool installations
- Rebar Installer - Ability to measures and cut rebar to fit specific dimensions, bend and shape rebar, use tools to tie rebar into place, and ensure that it is level and straight to support the weight of the concrete structure
- Hardscape: Experience in constructing and laying out form boards for patios and decking.
- Masonry: Skill in working with bricks, blocks, or stones to construct walls, apply tile and coping on swimming pools
- Plumbing: Basic understanding of plumbing systems and ability to assist with plumbing installations or repairs for swimming pools
- Power tools: Familiarity with various power tools used in construction, such as drills, saws, and sanders
- Ability to understand how to use a laser level to set grade and elevation
- Schematics: Ability to read and interpret construction schematics or blueprints to understand project requirements is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
