General Laborer

We are a growing business looking for an energetic, self-driven individual to join our team and complete labor task as needed!

Responsibilities

Painting, Prepping, Welding, Carpentry, Cleaning, Helping out in all departments as needed

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Practice proper compliance and maintain a safe working
• environment
• Grinding and Painting
• Work with the concrete as needed
• Ensure that the work area used is clean
• Conduct visual product quality inspections
• Practice proper forklift and equipment operation
• Assist the Plant Manager and other Employees in tasks
• Maintain and build job skills through company training
• Understand and practice Marcon CORE VALUES

Physical Requirements:

• The employee will lift and move heavy items throughout a shift, which will require the ability to repeatedly lift 50pounds
• The employee will be working specified shifts and moving around at all times, which will require the ability to stand and be mobile for a minimum of 8 continuous hours
• Facilities can be extremely hot or cold at times, so the

employee must have the ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time, requires the ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting andability to mount/dismount industrial equipment and vehicles. Must have reliable transportation!

• The employee will be handling materials and tools daily
• The Position requires full range of body motion on a daily
