General Laborer - Spray Technician

Currently looking for a full-time spray foam installer to join our team. Applicant must be self motivated, dependable and have a great work ethic. We are looking for career-minded people who are committed to teamwork and the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Apply spray foam products to walls and roof decks surfaces both indoor and outdoor.
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot all spray foam equipment and guns

- All prep and clean up of job site, including caulking, install baffles and gap foam.
- Follow safe work practices, procedures and guidlines on job sites
- Communication with end customers

Skills Required:
•Must have initiative & friendly demeanor
•Comfortable working at heights, in closed dark spaces and outdoor spaces
•Able to install closed and open cell spray foam
•Able to learn quickly and follow technical and procedural specifications
•Applicant must be physically fit and able to carry 50+ lbs.
•Attention to detail
•Basic knowledge of building envelope science or carpentry a plus
•Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
•Able to pass background check and drug testing
