Position Summary
ACT Test Panels is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for 1st Shift position. Hours are 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday with possible OT on Fridays. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Racking, un-racking and packaging parts
- Clean machinery and work areas
- Verbally communicate within the department
- Read, interpret, and follow work orders, work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Record time on work orders in ERP system
- Perform basic math calculations
- Observe personal safety precautions and operate equipment in a safe, productive manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attendance record
- Available to work 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday and overtime as required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Forklift operation experience
- Motivated to learn and grow within the organization
- Ability to work independently or on a team
