Responsibilities:
Operate shovels, wheelbarrows, and large brooms.
Stack and remove material and equipment.
Loading and unloading.
Maintaining all safety standards.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or recipient of GED preferred.
Have within the normal range or hearing and eyesight.
Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
Work Well with others and demonstrate a team player behavior.
Must be able to pass the proper assessment test required by the client.
Must wear all PPE provided without any problem.
Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the
circumstances.
Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations.
Possess problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information
with accuracy and clarity.
Working Conditions:
Majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled building during the normal business day.
Must be able to ascend and descend stairs with no assistance.
Must stand for long periods in steel toe shoes/boots on concrete floors.
Must wear all PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection).
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. continuously.
Good hand eye coordination.
