General Laborer

Description:

Individuals will support operations and maintainenece functions on their already built solar farms for vegetation maintainenece. Individuals will have 1 year of construction experience and be able to work outdoor in the elements. Be able to walk in rough terrain continuously throughout the dayBe able to lift/carry 25 pounds continuously throughout the dayMust be able to pass a drug test and have OSHA 10 Construction Safety certificationBe able to follow written instructionsBe able to work outdoors in hot &/or wet conditions for extended durationMust be able to work 10-12 hour shiftsMust have dependable transportation to get to the site every day

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-1+ years of construction experience -Ability to use basic hand and power tools.-Best vs. Average - someone that has any machine operating experience (skid steer/rough terrain forklift/tractor)-Drivers license required-Attendance / Communication is important - anything over 3 call outs in 3 months is subject to termination. As well, as texting or calling for call outs - no no call/no shows-Ability to be on feet through day in hot and cold temperatures.-OSHA 10 required
