Start Work today. (2) General Laborer / End of Line Inspectors needed for 2nd Shift! Hudson, OH

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Local rubber compound company looking for someone to handle their End of Line / Inspector responsibilities as well as other General Labor duties and wants to grow and establish a career with a small company. This is a Full Time, Temp to Hire position with Permanent status determined after 90 days. Experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Must be detail oriented and able to focus on project at hand. Must have previous Factory experience. Heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs, may be required at times. Once hired in(after 90 days) Employee will be eligible for full Medical Benefits, Vacation Pay and a Wage increase.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

* Must have solid work history in Manufacturing

* Previous experience in manufacturing environment

* Review, prepare, and understand product specification for each compound and production number.

* Match the screen spec with your paper spec

* Communicate with the incoming operator from the next shift.

* MUST HAVE A RESUME to be considered

* Previous Factory experience

* Detail oriented

* Steel toe boots
