We are hiring General Labor/ maintenance personnel workers to join the team. The position is in the North Fort Myers area. With weekly pay, full-time jobs start at $16.00 per ho, Monday- Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm. This position requires a valid driver's license. You will be responsible for promptly completing work orders and other required tasks, including light painting/touch-up, yard cleaning, and power washing.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders promptly
- property clean up duties
- Power washing
- Light painting/touch up
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license to apply
