Job Description
As a Production Worker (also known as Manufacturing Associate, Factory Worker), you'll be responsible for counting and stacking finished products, reading factory orders, accurately reading gauges and other test equipment, and utilizing basic shop math. Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness in the work area, including blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and managing scrap. You'll be required to follow safety procedures, including the use of proper personal protective equipment.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read a standard tape measure and perform basic math operations.
- Ability to stand, walk and reach at or below shoulder level with frequent twisting, bending and lifting from the ground; repetitive lifting.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, and overtime as business conditions require.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
