General Floorman

**THIS IS A UNION POSITION - PAY RATE IS FIXED**

We are currently seeking a reliable Floorman to join our team. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect & hand &/or snag grind forgings as instructed
• Construct boxes
• Prepare forgings for shipment
• Other jobs as assigned by foreman/supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to communicate to give warnings and is able to work around shipping crates without falling
• Understanding of people & the use of common sense.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Pay: $20.49 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
