• Group has 19 clinic locations throughout San Diego
• SRSMG is a large, physician led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
• Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties in medicine
• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
• Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
• Group has 250+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system

Details:

• • This is a half time job share position with full benefits
  • Site Location: Sorrento Mesa
  • Option to work 2 or 2.5 days/week (Wednesday/Thursday and/or Friday)
  • Group has a large dedicated dermatology division 
  • Dermatology services are offered at 7 clinic site locations
  • User-friendly work schedule and collegial work environment
  • Must be board certified to be considered – if resident/fellow, will be required to become board certified within first two years of employment
  • Sign-on bonus plus full comprehensive benefits package including CME 
  • Opportunity to become a shareholder after fourth year of employment as a half-time job share.

• Minimum starting annual base salary of $160,000/year (Half-Time). The posted annual salary is the starting annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans.
