Responsibilities

• Empathetically discuss and treat dental concerns with patients
• Establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.
• Work alongside a superstar hygiene department
• Perform cosmetics, and restorative dental procedures
• Diagnosis bite issues and overcrowding
• Prescribe medications for dental problems, such as pain medications or antibiotics
• Provide outstanding care to patients
• Appropriately diagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases.
• Follow well defined business systems

Requirements of Associate Dentist:

• Passion to educate and serve a diverse patient base
• Active Illinois state dental license and malpractice insurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records
• Open minded to learning new systems and following them
• Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics, and thorough tx planning skills.
• Good, positive management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.
• Ability to adapt to Pure Dental Spa’s learning environment and be willing to accept constructive criticism and be eager to further enhance your skillset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
