Job Description:

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Cleaners. The General Cleaner will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients' facilities. This role includes tasks such as taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting high-traffic areas, and cleaning and stocking restrooms.

Responsibilities:

1. Empty trash receptacles and transport trash to dumpsters or designated disposal areas.

2. Sweep and mop floors in designated areas to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.

3. Disinfect high-traffic areas, including door handles, handrails, and common surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents.

4. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.

5. Restock restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap, as needed.

6. Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to remove dirt, dust, and fingerprints.

7. Vacuum carpets and rugs to remove dirt, debris, and allergens.

8. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleaning supply shortages to the supervisor or management.

9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and cleaning protocols.

10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while performing cleaning duties and interacting with clients and team members.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required.

2. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

4. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.

5. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

7. Reliable transportation to and from work sites.

8. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings, if required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
