Form of workKinze is currently seeking an Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Williamsburg, IA. This position supports the production process by helping to complete the assembly of finished product using sub-assemblies, weldments, parts, and fasteners to engineering specifications and drawings.
Position Duties:
- Work safely and effectively in a Lean Manufacturing environment
- Assemble products
- Perform necessary measurements
- Inspect product per inspection guidelines
- Load and unload components from the paint line
- Ensure assembled products meet all requirements
- Pack products into designated kits according to specification
- Identify opportunities to improve Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery
- Maintain proper 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards
- Responsible for your safety and the safety of others
- Must be willing to be flexible and assist other departments when necessary
- Comply with company core values, policies, and legal guidelines
